The breakfast was delicious, with freshly made food and a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests.- The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.- The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax.
The hotel was a bit difficult to access, as it was located away from the main town. It took some time to get to the hotel from the nearest city.

As a nature lover, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Princesa De La Luna Ecolodge. The property is nestled on a serene dirt road, surrounded by lush greenery and abundant wildlife. The beautiful cascading levels of cabins, balconies, and trails led us to discover natural spring water pools, a mesmerizing waterfall, and a hidden pool in the valley below. Our comfortable room offered a simple and clean retreat, with a balcony providing breathtaking views. The staff, especially William, were incredibly helpful, providing information on local attractions and organizing our activities. It truly was a unique and memorable experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hidden gem in the rainforest was absolutely incredible. We were warmly greeted by the staff who treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The view from every angle on the site was breathtaking, truly immersing us in a true Costa Rican experience. The daily breakfast consisting of fresh juice, fresh fruit, plantain pancakes, and eggs was a delightful start to each day. We also enjoyed the private trails on the property that led us deep into the rainforest, where we discovered a beautiful waterfall. The atmosphere, the delicious meals, and the peaceful common areas were all exceptional. Despite the long, rough gravel road leading to the lodge, we had no issues with our 4x4 vehicle. I highly recommend this lodge for an unforgettable experience in nature.

The lodge offered a unique experience, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings. The community spaces allowed for enjoyable family meals and relaxation in swings and hammocks. The hosts were exceptional, treating us like family and providing excellent meals. One of the highlights was the tour of the property, which included tropical fruit trees and plants, a waterfall, a river canyon hike, mineral mud baths. It was a magical and unforgettable experience.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and the lack of air conditioning made for uncomfortable sleeping conditions during the warm nights. Additionally, some aspects of the rooms were falling apart, such as the shower heads and outdoor furniture.

We had an incredible stay at a gorgeous ecolodge surrounded by jungle and stunning tropical plants. The spacious 3-bedroom cabin was perfect for our family, and we even had a chance encounter with a sloth just hours before we arrived. The main lodge offered delicious local cuisine with generous portions, and dining with a view of the jungle ravine was a treat. The highlight of our stay was the adventure tour offered by the ecolodge guides. From showering under a canyon-enclosed waterfall to enjoying a therapeutic mud bath, the unique experiences and bird-watching opportunities were unforgettable. The staff, facilities, and grounds were all top-notch, making our experience even more memorable. We also loved the secluded and quiet location, with toucans, monkeys, and unique insects greeting us every day.
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊

I recently had the most wonderful stay at a hidden paradise in Costa Rica. The lodge was tucked away in a jungle, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. My room felt like a cozy tree house, with a hammock on the deck where I could relax and enjoy a cold beer while listening to the birds. The staff at Princesa De La Luna Ecolodge were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. The meals served were delicious, and I loved that the juice was made from fruits grown on the property. One of the highlights of my stay was the guided walk in the morning, where I learned about the local plants, trees, and wildlife. It was a unique experience to have the entire hike to myself and soak in the beauty of the area. I had an unforgettable time at this luxurious lodge in the jungle, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in Costa Rica.
Although my stay was fabulous, I must mention a couple of minor drawbacks. The room could have been cleaner, and the lack of air conditioning made it quite warm at times.

Amazing location surrounded by rainforest and stunning views of the volcano. The swimming pools and waterfalls were a highlight and perfect for cooling off. The rustic rooms had comfortable beds and basic amenities, and the balcony with a hammock and rocking chairs was a nice touch. Being able to explore the nearby jungle and encounter various reptiles and amphibians was a magical experience.
Everything felt very commercialized and overpriced. The additional charges for meals and tours were unexpected and made the overall stay quite expensive.
